3. Phthalates can make your body age faster:

Studies show that exposure to chemicals called phthalates, found in many scented products including some detergents, is associated with accelerated aging. 

These chemicals are often in the "fragrance" part of detergents. Scientists found that people with more of these chemicals in their bodies had signs of faster aging. 

Anything that can make the body age faster is not welcome in my home.

Phthalates can disrupt your hormones. And we all know how important hormones are for health.
